This section is supposed to be our open gate to the foreigner's who'd like to communicate with us regarding our snow resorts.
In any case, the article describes a familiar situation... The main direction should be the will of the government to stop this ugly situation. "...these included an £800 penalty for a woman in Manchester for persistently not cleaning up after her dog had pooed in public places.."
Imagine a possible scene of a Greek man being punished due to littering... ha-ha
